EXIT Mid-Atlantic holds first round of recruiting training programs

Rick McDanielDon KaneWhen it comes to buying a home, there are 3 words to remember… LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!  When it comes to running a successful real estate company, there are also 3 words to remember… RECRUIT! TRAIN! RETAIN!

In March, Rick McDaniel and Don Kane, Regional Owners of EXIT Mid-Atlantic (Maryland, DC and Delaware) provided the first round of recruiting training programs.  Sessions were held at EXIT First Realty in Bowie, MD and EXIT Preferred in Bel Air, MD and attended by 30+ Broker/Owners, Sales Office Managers and Recruiting Assistants.  The sessions, led by Jean Quattlebaum, covered developing a recruiting plan and ideas for target recruiting new and experienced sales associates.  Sample sales associate application, contact management plan, and sales associate annual business plan outline were provided.
