On May 15, EXIT Realty Corp. International CEO and Founder, Steve Morris, filled the White Clay Creek Country Club in Delaware Park with overwhelming energy and excitement. His presentation "sang to the choir" of EXIT Mid-Atlantic brokers and agents who were present, and awed the others who were there to see if the "slipper fit."

Mike & Suzanne Arant, Broker/Owners of EXIT Central Realty, filled the room with 145 attendees, 60% who were not of EXIT!

On May 16, the La Fontaine Bleu in Lanham, MD was packed with a record-breaking 547 people to see Steve Morris, who was autographing his book, Born to be Exceptional, like a rock star. Over 80 photos were taken of him with EXIT agents and brokers. A jazz combo entertained, and a several door prizes were awarded - including a plasma TV!

Five real estate agents signed up on the spot and transferred their licenses online to EXIT brokerages at the event.
