On July 27 a second merger took place which doubled the size of the company from 22 agents to 33. W.D. Hall, broker and owner of Heart of America Homes is joining forces with EXIT Realty Heartland in a merger that brings a pool of talented and experienced agents to the fastest growing Real Estate Office in the city. EXIT's residual program allows agents to recruit other agents and earn a bonus in an amount equivalent to 10% of their recruit's commission.
