Tammie and Bruce Trahant are the new owners of EXIT Realty Advantage in Bellevue, Washington. Tammie and Bruce have been in the real estate business for 12 years and have owned their own independent brokerage since 2004. Once they learned about the EXIT Realty business model they knew they had to open their own EXIT Realty franchise. "Our agents are really excited to be associated with a brand that has proven to be as successful as EXIT," says Bruce.
