This new office, along with EXIT Realty Network on the western side of Murfreesboro, will provide professional real estate agents servicing this growing geographic area. Murfreesboro, TN has been a great real estate market and is home to Middle Tennessee State University, where Bob is very involved with the athletic activities. Bob was previously the Principal Broker of an independent in Murfreesboro for over 20 years but after considering all the possible franchise brands, he decided that providing a future for his agents through the EXIT Formula was the only decision. Since opening just a few weeks ago, he has had much success in recruiting agents both from his previous brokerage and other brokerages in the area.
