Over 20 EXIT Realty Chesapeake Bay Brokers and Agents gathered at Camp Tockwogh located in Kent County, MD for their 5th annual staff retreat to focus on long term real estate goals for 2008. This was the second straight year to hold the meeting at Camp Tockwogh on the Chesapeake Bay, held on October 10, 2007.
"All things are possible if you are willing to get out of your comfort zone and do things others will not do," says Rich Cotton, Broker/Owner, who kicked off the morning session using clips from the film, "The Pursuit of Happyness" to instill the message. The agents then broke into groups to discuss their 2007 successes and what may aid in achieving their goals for 2008. The morning concluded with each agent creating their Vision Board, which will help keep them focused on their long term goals. The High Ropes course followed a camp-style lunch. The ropes course allowed the agents the opportunity to overcome some of their personal fears. The Zip Line was the last component of the high ropes course which truly provided a fast EXIT.
