We have long provided exceptional training to all of our brokers and agents, because EXIT honors its people, recognizing that everyone in the brokerage has the ability to make a positive impact. In keeping with this initiative, EXIT Realty Corp. International is excited to announce our newest Corporate training program for Administrators. Building on our existing Regional and Broker Training modules as well as our tremendous ongoing franchise support, EXIT has gone that extra mile yet again and implemented a program designed specifically for office Administrators. Having always worked in administration, I can say from experience that in addition to practical skills, administration requires tremendous patience, flexibility, compassion and strength to keep all the plates spinning. While it is easy to get caught up in the details of the moment, a competent Administrator must have a clear vision of the big picture and their part in that picture. EXIT’s Administrator training is designed with that goal in mind. This new four-day intensive workshop is designed to address all aspects of administration and perfectly compliments our existing program, which consists of scheduled conference calls designed to accommodate all schedules. All of this is backed by our ongoing telephone support, available 8am – 8pm ET to handle any issues with which the Administrator may need help. The workshop is designed to provide a broader scope, encompassing aspects of personal as well as professional excellence. With time spent on the resources and tools exclusive to EXIT such as MEMO, EXIT’s Choice Accounting, the EXIT Resource Center, template websites and more, this training takes a comprehensive approach to the job of the Administrator. The Administrator is an integral part of the real estate brokerage, handling the agents, the money, the leads, the Broker, the public, the technology, not to mention the business of processing the listings and deals. You have to be a parent, a manager, a guard, a confidante, an event planner, an IT specialist and the list goes on. More than just knowing how to use our extensive resources, an Administrator needs to bring the best person they can be to the job each single day. EXIT’s holistic approach to everything it does is evident in the itinerary for this workshop. Addressing the individuals’ strengths and motivations – we will teach participants how to get the best and most out of themselves. We will address interactions with others and provide incredible insights into what makes others tick. But no Administrator training would be complete without some time spent on EXIT’s extensive software programs, material and resource tools. Unlike the practical training sessions we provide via conference call, our skills training sessions employ an open forum format, delving into all aspects of our programs and resources. Practical parts of the job such as: job descriptions, policy manuals and time management are covered. Finally and most importantly, we will teach participants how to maintain the skills they have learned. We also encourage all participants to bring any materials they have implemented within their own brokerages in order to share “what works” with the group. The ultimate purpose is to offer a broader scope for Administrators, as well as provide new insights into the job.
