Agents do not have control over the market, or how many listings they may have at any given time. Yet, they do have control over their process and if they spent less time being consumed by the stories of fear and more time in actions that they do have control over, for example prospecting, they would find themselves in a peaceful state of mind. The results would become positive because their mindset would be on the satisfaction they achieve from their own contributions. You can wait for results, and wait indefinitely or go out and work the process that will subsequently lead to business.
