| March 10, 2008 | | Real estate franchise owners open second office location in Ohio | David and Robin Cooper, owners of EXIT REALTY CENTRAL in Fairborn, OH, recently announced the opening of their 2nd real estate franchise location at 2440 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek.
David Cooper began his real estate career in 1978 with Dawson Realty in Fairborn, he later moved on to custom homebuilding when he started his company, Cooper Homes, in Fairborn and Beavercreek, and now is broker and co-owner of EXIT REALTY CENTRAL. His plans include opening additional EXIT Realty offices in Greene, Montgomery, and Warren counties.
Robin Cooper began her real estate career in 2006 and has quickly become a top producer in the Dayton area, winning several real estate awards such as 2007 Ohio Assoc. of REALTORS® (OAR) President's Sales Club Award, Dayton Area Board of REALTORS® (DABR) 2007 Sales Leader Award of Achievement, and 2007 DABR Rookie of the Year.
