In addition to being a REALTOR® for 6 years, she has over 15 years experience in education and training.  She has a doctoral degree in Education from Michigan State University where she also received a Master's degree, after earning a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Iowa State University.  Diane is an active member of the <a title="Women's Council of REALTORS®" href="http://www.wcr.org/" target="_blank">Women's Council of REALTORS®</a> and has served on various GCAAR committees, recently serving as the Vice Chairperson on the Professional Development Committee. As an owner/manager, she readily educates and trains sales associates to help them succeed, and most recently GCAAR has invited her to serve as an instructor at the 2007 Leadership Institute.
